Application of general software for water resources scheduling in the Shiyang River Basin
Total water withdrawal control is an important means of the most stringent water resources management system in China.The Shiyang River Basin is a place where water conflict in arid areas and the ecological environment of the region are most prominent.Water regulation, as an important means of optimal allocation, is of great significance for the efficient use and refined management of water resources in this basin.In order to prepare for annual scheduling plan, this paper uses the general software for water resources scheduling to construct the conventional scheduling model in the Shiyang River Basin.Firstly, according to 130 atmospheric circulation factors, a medium and long-term inflow forecast model is adopted to forecast reservoirs inflows.Secondly, predicting total water demand based on considering different water utilization structures.Finally, developing conventional water resources scheduling model on the premise of satisfying constraints.Research shows that this constructed conventional scheduling model can provide technical support for the preparation of the annual scheduling plan in the Shiyang River Basin.
