Economic research on the application of electrical heating system in Changji using game theory

  With the increasing concern about environmental protection, the electrical heating system is gradually replacing traditional fossil fuel-based heating system.In Changji area, Xinjiang, the government promotes an electrified Changji Project aims to reduce the carbon emission and air pollution during heating seasons by using electrical heating system.This paper focuses on the economic view of the project and calculates the case scenario based on evolutionary game theory.With the consideration of all 3 players (government, costumer and electricity company), a prediction of the promotion is analyzed and suggestions to the success of this promotion are provided.The results show the promotion can achieve triple-win when the initial willing of the players reach a certain level.
