Research progress of intelligent lightning protection based on internet of things technology

　　The Internet of things connects everything based on information sensing devices and the Internet to build a smart earth where everything is interrelated.As the core of the Internet of things, highly integrated chips and sensing devices must avoid overvoltage.Lightning protection is related to the security and interests of the people as the important industries, under the background of the age of the Internet of things, the traditional lightning protection need on the Internet of things express,change to a more secure, more high-speed intelligent lightning protection.As the core equipment of lightning protection system,smart surge protection device can limit the surge voltage and current of power system and protect the equipment in power system.Based on the development status of Internet of things,this paper analyzes the working principle of intelligent surge protection device, and gives the framework structure of regional intelligent supervision and early warning system of lightning from the perspective of hierarchy.Finally, the development status of intelligent lightning protection is summarized and its development prospect is prospected.
