Effect of Fabric Structure on Properties of Metal Fiber Flexible Wave Absorbing Materials
Absorbing materials are widely used in the military field.This topic uses nickel-iron and stainless steel blended yarns as raw materials to design woven fabrics with different rib structure.The visual analysis method was used to study the effect of fabric structure on absorbing properties, thickness, grammage, flame retardancy and tear strength of the fabric.The analysis results show that the fabric structure has a certain influence on the microwave absorption performance.For the fabric containing 20% stainless steel blended fabric and using the obvious ribs effect, the wave absorption performance is better.The front surface of the fabric is more effective than the negative surface, and the suction effect is low.The wave rate is 88.78%,the wave absorption rate is 99.37% at the intermediate frequency and 97.18% at the high frequency.At the same time, the fabric structure has a certain influence on the thickness, the square meter weight, the flame-retardant property, and the tear strength;the rib effect is Good flame-retardant properties of the blend fabric containing 14% nickel-iron were excellent, and the blend fabric containing 10% nickel-iron had better tear strength.
