Study on the Comfort and Function of Polyester Super-Imitation Cotton Fiber Clothing

　　Through testing the basic properties of length, fineness, strength, crimp elasticity, mass ratio resistance, moisture regain, etc.of polyester super-imitation cotton fiber, and observing the transverse and longitudinal sections of the fiber, the polyester super-imitation cotton fiber has high strength and spinnability.Good;good resilience, woven fabric is not easy to deform;mass ratio is high resistance, low moisture regain, easy to produce static phenomenon;fiber has tiny pore structure, can guide moisture;fiber surface is rough.Polyester super-imitation cotton fiber woven fabric has good shape retention and washability.In order to overcome the shortcomings of polyester super-imitation cotton, the 14tex polyester super-imitation cotton and cotton blended yarn was designed.The blending ratio was polyester/cotton 50/50.The process and process parameters were set and tested.The sample was spun on the small sample machine by opening the process of cleaning cotton, carding, drawing, roving, and spinning.Next, the blended yarn was tested for fineness, strength, number of twists, hairiness,and strips.It was found that the polyester-cotton blended yam of the trial spinning was stronger.
