Intelligent monitoring shoes based on 3D printing and Flexi force sensors
The 3D printing and Flexi force sensors are used to measure the plantar pressure of the human body under different conditions.The Flexi force membrane pressure sensor is mainly used to measure the thumb of the foot, the first metatarsal, the fifth metatarsal and the heel, standing still at rest, knee rest, Plantar pressure under walking and running conditions.The results show that the plantar pressure will change significantly under different exercise states.The plantar pressure under static state will change with the change of body posture, and the pressure distribution of the plantar will be transferred, mainly reflected in the heel forward and the palm of the foot.The lateral side shifts to the medial side;under the state of motion, the pressure of the sole reaches a peak at the moment of contact with the ground, and the process of contact between the foot and the ground is that the forefoot is in contact with the ground first, and then the heel is in contact with the ground.
