Effect of textile&garment specialized market on regional industrial clusters--empirical evidence from China Eastern Silk Market The Fabrication of HeavilDoped ChalcogenideSemiconductor With LSPR
Plasma chalcogenide semiconductors have attracted widespread attention because of its localized surface plasmon resonance.Photoelectrochemical (PEC) sensors have the advantages of rapid response, high sensitivity, good selectivity, simple design, miniaturization of instruments, and low cost, and are expected to be widely used in medical application.Taking Cu2O as the precursor, Cu7S4 crystals were prepared by solvothermal method.Different Cu7S4 morphologies were prepared by changing the temperature, time, sulfur kind, and content. These materials were characterized by SEM、 TEM and XRD and the optical and electrochemical properties of different morphology of Cu7S4 were also investigated.Using ascorbic acid as a detection model, the plasmonic Cu7S4 was first introduced into PEC sensing.
