Characterization and evaluation method for uniform color transition in ink jet printing
The evenness of color transition in ink jet printing is an important factor in measuring the printing effect, but there is no good evaluation index for uniform color transition of printing.In order to effectively evaluate the color transition of ink-jet priming, the standard color bars were designed to be printed on different fabric samples, and the fabric samples were scanned to obtain a scanning photograph.Through the subjective evaluation of the gray level differenceperceived by20 volunteers, the human eye perception threshold was found.The gray-scale is read on the scanned image of the swatch, and the gray level difference in unit length is used as a measure to further evaluate the uniformity of the color transition of inkjet printingand characterize it.
