Cephaloziella spinicaulis Douin (Cephaloziellaceae), a New Record Liverwort to Shandong Province, China

摘要：

　　Cephaloziella spinicaulis Douin, found in Mt.Meng, is reported as a new record to Shandong Province,China.The detailed description of C.spinicaulis and a brief comparison with closely related species are discussed,and a key to species of Cephaloziella (Spruce) Schiffn.in Shandong Province is provided.
