China is accelerating its entry into the stage of aging of population and senility.Many families have been in deep trouble with the high medical expenses caused by diseases along with the aging, as well as lacking of continuous post-discharge rehabilitation and caring services.People taking nursing homes into account may found themselves in a dilemma due to concerns of public pressure, environmental discomfort, accelerated disability caused by excessive services.On the other hand, those considering aging at home may worry about proper caregivers, burden to their children, or lacking of professional competence in general.
