1 Introduction The purpose of this article is to find out that Smart Cities can be digitally transformed into Smart silver cities which the authors are proposing.Digital applications are applied in most areas of our life and the world economy is shifting to a new form——the digital economy.The services should be provided faster, more efficient with high security and might be considered as developing in all countries.Digital government is one of those services.D-government encompasses the usage of all information and communications technologies (ICT) to deliver governmental services to citizens/business and improves the quality of governmental activities.The governments have been primarily focused on the Internet as a mean of public service provisioning.
