Research on the Development of Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone from the Perspective of Enclave Economy Model

摘要：

Shenzhen SEZ is a product of special cooperation between Shenzhen and Shanwei.Shanwei, originally a prefecture-level city, has eventually developed into a comprehensive enclave of Shenzhen and become a special zone in the special economic zone through the evolution of the systems and mechanisms,is new sample for the regional open cooperation and coordination in the new era and the important pioneering measure for Shenzhen SEZ to first explore the economic development model of the enclave.
