The speech of Dr.Pawel Matwiejczuk is divided in to two parts.First, its a case study relating to problems of preservation of folk-art paintings and sculptures diffused in many rooms and places of old museums building.Author treats of the steps of process: from problems (in the beginning) , through exhibition, tradition and modern way, intangible heritage, promotion until the end known as a unit of museum pieces in two new, air-conditioned rooms with modern and ergonomic shelves.Second part of the speech is a start point to the large discussion about the museum as a target of terrorist attacks.Author submits a proposition that we should not only to save the heritage (monuments and museum-pieces), but we should to protect the people our guests and visitors against the aggression and terror.
