Analysis and Evaluation of Spare-parts Management Using Simulation Method

摘要：

　　In order to enable a quantitative analysis and evaluation of spare parts management, a multi-echelon simulation model was developed based on visualized ARENA.The structure and elements of the spares management system are analyzed and simulation procedure of spare parts management is described.On the basis of analysis of events involved in the spares management,spares demand, replacement, supply and repair are modeled.The method of random sampling and expression of event time was studied to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of spare parts management.
