Higher Order Doppler Parameters Estimation Approach of Space-borne SAR Based on Ephemeris Data
Doppler parameters estimation is a significant component in high resolution synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imaging.Conventional Doppler parameters estimation methods aim to the Doppler centroid frequency and azimuth frequency modulation (FM) rate, cannot meet the needs of high resolution SAR system.In this paper, a novel estimation method of Doppler parameters for high resolution space-borne SAR is proposed, where only the position and velocity vectors of satellite are used, and fourth-order Doppler parameters of echo signal can be obtained.Simulations are performed to validate the presented algorithm.
