Effect of Shenqijianwei Granule on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis in Rats

　　Objective: To investigate the analgesic effect of Shenqijianwei granules.Methods:through hot plate induced pain and in mice torsion body reaction induced by glacial acetic acid experiments, observe, high, medium, low dose of Shenqijianwei granule groups on mice model behavioral indexes.Results: Shenqijianwei granule has good analgesic effect, can significantly improve the mice pain threshold caused by the hot plate method, and the latency of the mouse torsion reaction induced by glacial acetic acid could be significantly prolonged, and the number of mouse torsion in 15min, caused by the acetic acid, was significantly decreased.Conclusion:Shenqijianwei Granule on mice pain model has good treatment effect, and Shen Qi Jianwei granules have good analgesic efficacy.
