Research on the Method of Change Detection for High Resolution Satellite Remote Sensing Image

  A change detection algorithm of a multi temporal remote sensing image based on the similarity calculation between target objects and their adjacent objects is proposed.Reference images are selected from bi-temporal remote sensing images, Image objects are firstly obtained by mapping segmentation.Then similarity between target objects and their neighboring objects is calculated.Finally, appropriate threshold is determined by Otsu threshold detection.By using the threshold, binary segmentation of similarity characteristics is realized and change detection map of multi-temporal remote sensing images is obtained.Our study shows that this algorithm can fulfill change detection for multi-temporal remote sensing images and produces results with high precision.
