CoNb2O6 nanoparticles anchored on 3D graphene as an advanced electrode material for high-power Lithium-Ion capacitors
In recent years, bimetallic Niobium-based oxides with special crystal structure have attracted considerable attention of scholars successfully, due to its excellent lithium storage capacity.1,2 In this work,CoNb2O6 nanoparticles anchored on graphene sheets were synthesized through a two-stage hydrothermal method. The composite was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and the results suggest that the CoNb2O6 with a particle size of~30 nm were distributed on graphene sheets evenly.
