The Influence of Different Bonder on the Performance of Alumina-magnesia Monolithi
The paper studies the influence of calcium aluminates cement,WSM-Bond,ρ-Al2O3 on the performance of alumina-magnesia monolithic.The results show that: 1)the monolithic used WSM-Bond has better installed performance; 2) after high temperature sintered,the monolithic used cement has the largest expanse and apparent porosity,the monolithic used WSM-Bond has higher strength and low expanse,and the monolithic used ρ-Al2O3 has the lower strength development at different treatment temperature;3) the monolithic used ρ-Al2O3 or WSM-Bond has the better slag resistance than that of cement bonded;4) the monolithic used WSM-Bond has the best thermal shock resistance.
