Corrode Effect of High Na2O Slag on High Chromium Materials

  In order to study the application of high Na2O content coal in coal-water slurry gasifier,the static crucible method of high chromium brick was carried out with coal slag,which has different Na2O content.The results show that the melting temperature of coal slag could decrease first and then increase with the increase of Na2O content.When Na2O content is less than 2 wt%,Na2O·3CaO·6SiO2 formed in slag.When Na2O content is more than 4 wt%,(Mg,Fe)(Al,Cr)2O4 spinel formed in the slag,and with Na2O content increasing,spinel crystallization degree became more complete.In this experiment,the corrosion of the brick reaches the maximum when Na2O content is 2 wt%.When Na2O content is more than 4 wt%,the permeation degree of high chromium brick increases with the increase of Na2O content,and the depth of Z-layer and P-layerof 4 wt%Na2O content(1 mm and 4 mm)reduce obviously compare with 2 w%Na2O content(2.5 mm and 12 mm).
