Research and Application of Corundum Self-flowing Castable For Ladle

　　The existing problems of corundum self-flowing castable for ladle were expounded,and the experimental study was carried out on the basis of conventional proportion.The excellent properties of corundum self-flowing castable were obtained by changing the kinds of water reducer and active aluminum powder,and super bauxite was used instead of brown corundum on the basis of the optimal scheme for cost reduction.The industrial test of corundum self-flowing castable has been carried out in the 120t converter workshop of Liugang.The service life of the castable is synchronized with the seat brick and the air permeable brick,which can meet the requirements of ladle.
