Development of Sample Fixture for Refractory Thermal Shock Test

摘要：

　　The refractory thermal shock tester currently used by Handan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.is the equipment manufacturer of Luoyang Antler Instrument Co.,Ltd.The equipment model is KRZ-S01.The equipment satisfies the general sample testing requirements,but when it encounters special samples,such as hot-air oven thermal grid bricks,it can not produce square brick samples with a length of 230mm × 114mm × 65mm.In this case,only the sample sizes specified in the German standard DIN51068 or GB/T30873-2014 can be used.In order to meet the testing requirements of special samples,it is necessary to modify the fixture part to expand the scope of equipment use.
