Properties of FeSiCr Soft Magnetic Powder Coated with Phosphates
The influence of different phosphating processes on the magnetic properties of FeSiCr is investigated in this study. The surface of particles was analyzed by using FTIR spectra,SEM,EDX analysis, and X-ray diffraction pattern. The unphosphorized FeSiCr magnetic powder and FeSiCr magnetic powder processed by different phosphating processes are pressed into a magnetic powder core. The results show that the magnetic permeability of FeSiCr magnetic powder core gradually decreases with the increase of the concentration of phosphoric acid. The comparison results show that the magnetic permeability of FeSiCr magnetic powder core gradually decreases with the increase of the concentration of phosphoric acid, and the loss of magnetic powder core gradually increases under low frequency conditions. With the increase of the concentration of phosphoric acid, the DC bias ability will increase, and the saturation magnetic induction will decrease.Through salt spray experiments,it was found that when a certain concentration of phosphoric acid is reached, the rust prevention ability of the magnetic powder core will be greatly improved.
