Application of Powder Metallurgy High Speed Steel in Cold Rolling Working Roll
Compared with the traditional tool steel and cast high-speed steel,powder metallurgy high speed steel can achieve high alloy,non compositional segregation,grain refinement,microstructure homogenization,thus has the higher strength,toughness and wear resistance.Powder metallurgy high speed steel can be used in cold working roll and has obvious competitive advantage.In this paper,the powder high speed steel production process,microstructure and performance and its application in the work rolls of Sendzimir cold mill are summarized on.
