Exploring mobilised thermal energy storage for space heating:Policies and regulations analysis in China

  Mobilised thermal energy storage(M-TES)system is considered as a promising alternative to supply heat for sparse users.It is of great importance to promote this technology for saving conventional energy and reducing greenhouse gas emission especially when introducing industrial waste heat as input source.To further develop the M-TES in China,the concerned policies and regulations are summarised and discussed in this paper including those on waste heat recovery and utilization,and transportation on road.The results obtained in this paper can helps the policy makers in developing and implementing policies that involve the utilization of M-TES technology in China.
