3phase Linear Actuator in Magnetically Lavitated Linear Slider with Non-Contact Power Supply
This paper presents a linear actuator which magnetically levitated a linear motor using non-contact power supply.A prototype of the system is designed and implemented.The simulation results confirm the validity of the proposed system.
