Cost-sharing Contract for a Two Stage Restaurant Green Supply Chain
In recent years, growing environmental awareness of consumers, increase the demand for green products.Restaurants see the need to improve their green performance to achieve competitive advantage and sustainability goals. However,Restaurants environmental performance not only stems from their internal green practices, but also depends on the cooperation among supply chain members. Thus, this study proposed a cost-sharing contract to coordinate a green supply chain(GSC)between a restaurant and a supplier through developing a Stackelberg game model. Two kinds of uncertainties are considered in this model, namely, the green level of products by restaurants and the suppliers green level of materials. The research results show that a cost-sharing contract can increase profit for the whole GSC and successfully coordinate the restaurant supply chain.
