Does Financial Development and Institutional Quality Affect Enterprises Innovation?--Evidence of Industrial Enterprises from China

摘要：

　　This paper investigates the effect of financial development and institutional quality on enterprises innovation using financial development scale and efficiency as financial development indicator with the dynamic panel data of China from 2008 to 2015.The results suggest that both financial development and institutional quality can improve enterprises innovation.Further,there is substituted effect between financial development and institutional quality when improving enterprises innovation.
