Research on Feasibility of Fuzzy Neural Network in Patent Value Evaluation

　　With the continuous improvement of the social and economic development level,the importance of patents had been paid more and more attention.However,due to the particularity of patents,how to reasonably and effectively evaluate the value of patents has become an important topic of current research.This paper analyzes the technical,legal,economic,and market factors that affect the value of patents,constructs a patent value evaluation index system based on fuzzy neural networks,uses training samples to train and correct fuzzy neural networks,achieves expected error accuracy,and then tests samples.The revised fuzzy neural network was examined and the patent value of the test sample was predicted.Through comparative analysis with the actual patent value,the feasibility and validity of the fuzzy neural network patent value evaluation model was verified,providing a scientific assessment method for patent value.The new idea also provides new pricing methods for value investment and decision making.
