Merger,acquisition and reorganization of listed companies is an important way to improve capital market resource allocation efficiency,solve the current problems of merger,acquisition and reorganization appearing in our country,also producing the corresponding regulatory difficulties,urgently needed from the angle of regulatory measures of problems existing in the merger,acquisition and reorganization,failure causes and regulatory difficulties in-depth system analysis,on the basis of targeted regulatory policy suggestions are put forward.
