SWOT Analysis of Asset-backed Securitization in PPP Projects

摘要：

　　Infrastructure PPP projects usually have large investments in the early stage and long operating cycles,which brings significant financial pressure to enterprises engaged in investment and construction of PPP projects.Asset-backed securitization is a breakthrough in traditional financing methods.This paper introduces the basic principles of asset-backed securitization and using SWOT analysis to study the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and analyse the feasibility and practical significance of applying asset-backed securitization in PPP projects of infrastructure.
