The Relational Model and Influence Path of Team Efficacy, Team Learning and Team Performance
Based on the study of Edmondson 1,this paper focuses on solving this problem: in the Chinese context,the empirical research method is used to validate whether the team efficacy influences the team performance through the mediating effect in the team learning behavior.In view of the 212 sample data,we find that the there is a positive correlation between the team efficacy and the team learning behavior; besides,the team efficacy influences the team performance through the mediating effect in the team behavior.The conclusion shows that the research of team performance influencing mechanism through the team efficacy can help scholars understand the relationship between the team efficacy and team performance and help administrators improve the team performance in an effective way.
