Time & Temperature Research and Application Analysis of Municipal Sludge Carbonization Technology
With the rapid development of the sewage treatment market,the production of municipal sludge is increasing year by year.In order to realize the sludge reduction,stabilization,harmless and resource utilization,the sludge carbonization technology has been more and more applied in the engineering cases in recent years.This paper mainly describes the different sludge products in various stages with the change of temperature in the process of sludge carbonization,the temperature conditions corresponding to the pyrolysis reaction of different organic matter in the sludge,the influence of the length of carbonization furnace body on the carbonization temperature,and the selection and analysis of the heat source.
