Application of Dielectric Barrier Discharge Low Temperature Plasma Combined with Catalyst in VOCs Treatment
Dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)low temperature plasma combined with catalyst treatment technology with low consumption,high performance,strong adaptability and pollutant is suitable for dealing with complex components,the attention of scholars both at home and abroad.In this paper,on the basis of the research on related literature,the low temperature plasma combined with catalytic degradation of VOCs mechanism and influence factors are analyzed,and its development in VOCs control is discussed.
