Does Elevated CO2 Change the Environment Effect of Antibiotics Induced by Manure Application to Farmland?

1 Introuduction Field application of contaminated manure can transfer active antibacterial agents and antibiotics resistance gene(ARGs) into soil and thereafter to plants, surface and underground water1.Which has raised concerns about the potential risk of ARGs in soils to human health2.Besides,in a few decades, plants might be exposed to additional stress if atmospheric levels of CO2 and the environmental burden of antibiotics induced by manure application increase at the current pace. However, there are limited field studies investigating the response of application of manure containing antibiotics to elevated CO2.
