Investigation and Design for TMF Fatigue Experiment Method of Elastic Sheet
The constant pursuit of high thrust weight ratio is one of the development goals of advanced aeroengine.This makes the work temperature of aeroengine hot sections continue to rise,and the working environment is more abominable 1-2.The causes of aeroengine hot sections failure are mainly: low cycle fatigue,thermal fatigue,creep deformation and creep stress rupture under high temperature and longtime loading,high cycle fatigue induced by vibration,erosion corrosion and oxidation of high temperature gas,and foreign object injuries,etc.3 In which,the combined effects of low cycle fatigue,thermal fatigue and creep are thermomechanical fatigue(TMF).For elastic sheet,thermo-mechanical fatigue is the main failure mode4.
