　　With the“Belt and RoadInitiative,the economic exchanges and business activities between China and the Russian-speaking countries represented by Russia are increasing rapidly.It is of practical significance to investigate the stylistic characteristics and translation tactics of business texts under this background.Correct and effective business translation guarantees the smooth commercial activities of the parties involved.
