ESTABLISHMENT OF NATURAL GAS FLOW MEASUREMENT PRIMARY STANDARD WITH HIGH PRESSURE PISTON PROVER(HPPP)

　　This paper mainly introduces the new-built HPPP primary standard by Wuhan Branch of National Station of Petroleum & Natural Gas Flow Measurement(Sinopec Gas Company),including the working principle,instruments equipped,technical features,analysis of uncertainty,and confirmation of metrological performance etc.It also contains the part of international comparison between the new-built HPPP and existing HPPP.Based ont the result of field flow tests,the new-built HPPP in Wuhan has been proved to achieve the excepted goals.
