UNCERTAINTY EVALUATION OF AC RESISTANCE TIME CONSTANT BASED ON MONTE CARLO METHOD
AC resistors often exist with residual inductance and parasitic capacitance.This makes the existence of high harmonics in the mathematical model of the AC resistance time constant,and the probability density function(PDF)of the time constant does not obey the normal distribution or t distribution.Traditional measurement uncertainty evaluation method is no longer applicable.This paper uses Monte Carlo Method to random sampling the PDF of the resistance,residual inductance and parasitic capacitance.And use these values to calculate the time constant and complete the measurement uncertainty of the measurement of the time constant of the AC resistance.
