Research on dynamic compensation technology of thermocouple sensor

  In the field of temperature measurement,thermocouple sensor is widely applied.In order to reduce the dynamic error of thermocouple,the method of establishing the dynamic compensation filter was applied.The parameters of filter model were estimated by inverse modeling method based on quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization(QPSO)algorithm.The QPSO algorithm was introduced.Simulation of the method was done,and applying the dynamic calibration system,a K-type bare thermocouple was experimented.The simulation and experiment results show that the inverse modeling method based on QPSO algorithm is applicable and simple for thermocouple sensor,and the dynamic error of the thermocouple sensor is corrected.
