DEVELOPMENT OF CADMIUM IN HUNAN RICE STANDARD SAMPLES FOR CALIBRATION
To better solve the lack of linear standard material for calibration of rapid tester for heavy metal(RTHM),four kinds of cadmium in Hunan rice standard samples were developed.After preliminary analysis,the candidates were determined,and all samples were prepared by processing,screening,drying,crushing,mixing,secondary drying,packing,irradiation sterilization,homogeneity and stability test,joint determination.For all samples,graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry(GF-AAS)and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)were applied for homogeneity,stability test and joint determination.The results show that the cadmium content of standard samples were(0.14 ± 0.02),(1.13 ± 0.14),(2.68 ± 0.26),and(3.44 ± 0.28)mg/kg,respectively.
