EVALUATION OF MEASUREMENT INTERCOMPARISONS(CCM.M-K5)BY MONTE CARLO METHOD
The CCM key comparison CCM.M-K5 was performed during June 2002 to April 2003.It included five different nominal values like 2 kg,200 g,50 g,1g and 200 mg.Two weights were prepared for each nominal value for each set of transfer standard. Therefore, each set contains ten weights. However, two Key Comparison Reference Values(KCRV)for the same nominal value were supplied in the final report. This was quite different with CCM.M-K1,K2,K3,K4,K6 and K7.Because it is difficult to link Region Metrology Organization(RMO)Comparison result(like: APMP.M.M-K5)to CCM key comparison. This paper describes how the Monte Carlo method was used to evaluate CCM.M-K5 measurement results and KCRVs together with their uncertainties and degree of equivalence(DoEs)were given out. These results could be used in analysis and linking of international measurement comparisons between APMP.M.M-K5 and CCM.M-K5.
