A NEW HORIZONTAL REFERENCE TORQUE CALIBRATION MACHINE IN SEMRI,CHINA

摘要：

　　This paper describes a new torque calibration machine developed by Shanghai Marine Equipment Research Institute(SEMRI).The principle and construction of the machine,the mechanical design and the sub-systems of the control system are introduced successively.The data from the contrast experiment indicates that the machine reaches uncertainty level of 0.03%(k=2).
