DEVELOPING OF MULTI CHANNELS FLOW COMPUTER
Flow computer is a key equipment in flow measurement network,and is widely used in diversified energy source measurement station for the purpose of commercial trade.This paper is aimed at developing of a flow computer that could be suitable to diverse signal type,and high performance in data acquisition and processing.The overall hardware framework and uncertain analysis methodof DAQ systemare proposed.With amplifier noise model,the DAQ parameters are evaluated,and with given typical value,the design uncertain is verified.In addition,the core digital signal processor is investigated in the capability of fast digital signal processing,HMI interface and versatile data communication.The test results demonstrated that flow computer developed,presents high stability and performance.
