STUDY IN UNDERGROUND THREE-DIMENSIONAL DISPLACEMENT MEASUREMENT SYSTEM BASED ON MUTUAL INDUCTANCE THEORY
In this paper, the use of coil mutual inductance principle, the implementation of one-to-many mutual inductance and combined with other hardware circuit design of an underground three-dimensional displacement measurement system. The measuring system consists of several identical small units, each with a 485 fieldbus in series. The measurement of the three-dimensional displacement of the subterranean soil is achieved by measuring the relative three-dimensional displacement between all adjacent two units.Calibration was performed using a precision five-axis motion controller.Through the establishment of the mathematical model of the obtained data, the final three-dimensional displacement measurement is realized.
