Fuel Dispenser Simulation Test System under EMC Condition

A Fuel dispenser simulation test system was developed,for avoiding the disturbing of person and better testing the function of fuel dispenser under EMC condition.Consisting of local high-precision stepping motor driving system which was clothed with metal shielded shell and remote control computer,the system was designed four different control mode of 480 rpm、120 rpm、60 rpm and 15 rpm,which was suitable for different flow tests by modifying control parameters.Through the controlling stepping motor by remote computer and the communication with encoder and measurement controlling board,the system realized simulation of refuelling test.The system was calibrated by frequency meter used for rotational speed measurement.Results showed that the uncertainty of rotational speed from the simulation test system is Urel=5×10-4,k=3.The simulation test system not only minimized disturbance to test environment,but also precisely simulated different flow condition and calculated the error caused by the EMC condition according to the testing results.
