Influence of Temperature on Absorption Spectrum of CO2
Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy(TDLAS) is one of the most common methods for gas detection at present, which is characterized by high sensitivity, high resolution and fast response. This paper uses the center wavelength of 1430 nm diode laser, using the wavelength modulation spectroscopy(WMS),under the different temperature of CO2 absorption lines were measured, analyzed the differences in absorption lines, received 20℃ to 50℃ between the absorbance of interval is 1 ℃,obtained a better fitting curve. We focus on the sources of measurement uncertainty in the whole experimental process for a detailed analysis as well as has the uncertainty components quantized and getting its synthesis standard uncertainty is 0.3314 and its expanded uncertainty is 0.6628.It is a supplement and perfection to the existing database and ensure the inversion precision accuracy of the CO2,it has important reference significance for the absorption and measure of CO2 in the practical application. It also provides a reference for the uncertainty analysis and evaluation of WMS-TDLAS method for detecting other gases.
