Whole-Genome Sequence of a Multidrug-Resistant Clinical Isolate of Acinetobacter lwoffii

Acinetobacter lwoffii has been considered an opportunistic pathogen that can cause nosocomial infections in humans.Here, we present the genome sequence ofA.lwoffii WJ10621, a multidrug-resistant clinical isolate that carries a plasmid with the NDM-1 resistance gene.
