Dextran-a reliable indicator of sugarcane freshness

摘要：

　　By a comparative analysis of the component between the fresh sugarcane and the deteriorative sugarcane,we evaluated the effects of dextran as a reliable indicator of sugarcane freshness.While the objective of this study was to assess the hazards of dextran in the sugar industry and present the dextran assay methods.
