EFFECT OFVARIOUS REACTION PARAMETERS ON DEPOLYMERIZATION PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS OF ALKALI LIGNIN IN SUB-AND SUPERCRITICAL ETHANOL
The depolymerization of alkali lignin for bio-phenolic chemicals has attracted increasing attention.The effect of various reaction parameters on the depolymerization process of alkali lignin in sub-and supercritical ethanol were investigated by a high pressure autoclave,and the product characteristics were studied by GC/MS,FTIR and SEM.The experimental data indicated that the yields of liquid products were directly increased with the reaction temperature and time as the reaction conditions below the critical point of ethanol(240 ℃,6.7 MPa and 4 h),while the law of liquid products varied with reaction temperature and time were opposite as the reaction conditions exceed the reaction condition(270 ℃ and 8 h).GC/MS analysis showed that the compositions of liquid product obtained from the depolymerization process of subercritical ethanol were different with these of supercritical ethanol.SEM and FTIR analysis showed the depolymerization process of alkali lignin in sub-and supercritical ethanol were firstly formed plenty of nano-microspheres,then the nano-microspheres occurred the depolymerization reaction.
